Refunds

We do not give refunds, only exchanges for email formats that are invalid/undeliverable. Please read our disclaimer before filing a claim for a refund/exchange and check if you’re eligible for an exchange.

Exchanges

You have 14 calendar days to request an exchange from the date you received your digital product. To be eligible for an exchange, the email you send to your chosen club using the email format you purchased must be invalid or undeliverable. All customers are required to send us a receipt or proof of purchase, along with proof that your email was invalid/undeliverable. We do not offer exchanges for any templates on our website.

Once we process and accept your exchange request, we will notify you that your exchange request has been accepted. The customer will now have the option to choose from any professional club listed on our website to make one exchange. The UK Football Contacts support team will then email you directly with your new club’s email format.
